Below is the standard procedure:
1. Customized LOGO labeling:
Screen printing your company/brand logo on each product is an important way to quickly help you establish/promote your own brand. In this way, you can save a lot of development costs, mold building costs, technician cost and development time, quickly sell products with your brand information, let profound brand information be transmitted to consumers through products, make profit faster, and increase the product diversity of your own brands. Tip: It is required to provide your logo design document (generally in .AI format).
2. Customized color box and manual :
This is an important supplement to reflect your brand information. Your personalized color box pattern and your company / brand information and logo on the color box will make consumers deeply impressed at the first time after receiving the products. The manual with your company / brand information will further deepen this impression. Therefore, together with your company / brand logo printed on each product, the signal of your whole brand will be fully displayed to consumers. Tip: It is required to provide your color box and manual design document (generally in .AI format).
3. Sample confirmed qualified by customer.
When you receive the sample printed with your company / brand information, please evaluate the pattern, color, font and material, etc., and inform us of your confirmation information as soon as possible, which is the basis for us to implement your design for mass production. Tip: it is recommended that you sign the sample and send it back to us as the basis for production and quality inspection. If it is not sent back, please confirm it in writing (e-mail or chat record), after receiving the confirmation, our engineer will sign samples and release “sample approved sheet” to the interior according to the final reserved sample for production approval.
4. Customer release purchase orders:
Your order will be finally confirmed and implemented after our sales’ active communication and consensus with you, which will involve the order MOQ(Minumum Of Order), payment terms, delivery terms, promised delivery date, etc. Tip: the final price may change based on the initial quotation due to the packaging method, order quantity and other reasons, all subject to the actual requirements of the final product you confirmed, The purpose is reasonable, win-win and mutually beneficial.
5. The final payment settlement:
Our company shall provide evidence, such as the completion of production, the final quality inspection report, or the being/already packaged goods, or instant video, in order to let you know the actual status before final payment settlement. Tip: It is regularly requested to settle the final payment before shipment, for any other payment way, it has to be negotiated separately.
6. Shipping way and cost instructions:
If the destination is in Shenzhen City, normally it’s free for charge, it means we will burden the freight cost 100% by us; If the destination is other China domestic regions outside Shenzhen , the freight cost normally splits to 50/50(half burdened by us, half by you); If the destination is outside of China, the freight cost will be burdened by you. Tip: You could choose to use your forwarder, or ask our sales to use our common forwarders. We will NOT take any surcharge if you choose to use our forwarders.
7. After sales standard:
A. Warranty period:
18 months.
B. Return / Replacement.
B1.Compliance with Return / Replacement:
B1-1. The functional quality of the product is inconsistent with the confirmed sample, and the manufacturer changes the product specification without the consent of the customer.
B1-2. The product cannot be used and has important quality defects.
B1-3. The appearance of the product is seriously inconsistent with the sample, which affects sales.
B2.Return process:
B2-1. The customer recommends the defective subject matter and relevant data.
B2-2. The subject matter is sent back to the manufacturer.
B2-3. We confirm the subject matter.
B2-4. Both parties confirm the quantity, specification, time and place of return as well as the return terms.
B2-5. Arrange logistics transportation through negotiation.
B2-6. We confirm the receipt.
B2-7. Refund the order fee and logistics fee paid by the customer.
B3. Replacement process:
B3-1. The customer recommends the defective subject matter and relevant data.
B3-2. The subject matter is sent back to us.
B3-3. We confirm the subject matter.
B3-4. Both parties negotiate the replace plan.
B3-5. If necessary, we make new samples according to the customer’s requirements.
B3-6. If necessary, the customer confirms the samples.
B3-7. We make products according to the confirmed sample to replace the defective products.
C. Repair:
During the warranty period, the product can be repaired or replaced for free in case of quality problems. The function damage and slight appearance change caused by illegal operation are not included in the scope of free maintenance.
B. In-depth OEM/ODM service process

In-depth OEM/ODM Service Process
We believe in transparency and authenticity. We also believe that our customers should have the freedom to choose the products they want, the way they want them, and at a price they can afford.
That’s why we offer OEM/ODM service.
We’ll work with you to create products based on your specifications, and we’ll deliver them directly to your business. Or wherever you want them delivered.
What does this process entail? Let’s break it down:
A) First, we’ll create an initial design based on your specifications. This may include multiple iterations of a single concept until you are happy with the results.
We’ll also discuss materials and manufacturing options with you at this point in order to make sure that everything will fit into budget and timeline expectations.
B) Once we’ve designed what you want, then it’s time for production. We’ll work with manufacturers who can meet our quality standards and produce your chosen product in quantity or small batch quantities according to your needs
C) Once all of these stages have been completed successfully, then our team will work together with yours to get your product shipped out. The last step also includes testing everything out in order to make sure everything works as it should.
Below is the standard procedure:
1. ID for New Product:
ID(Industrial Design), which relates to appearance, material, feel and color matching,etc. of product, is a crucial factor for the successful sales of a new product, and this stage is also one of the most important stages we pay attention to. There are some options for ID design: You are fully responsible for ID; Or you only provide initial ID, we optimize and send you for approval; Or we provide some ID concepts/sketches for you to choose.
2. New Product Requirements Specification:
The new product requirements specification lists the demand points to be achieved by the new product, including product function, product manufacturing process, product application, product characteristics, product instructions, product safety / quality requirements, etc., and provides clear and unified guidance for subsequent PCBA building and product structural optimization, so as to avoid repeated PCBA building / repairing, as well as avoid the problems of large modification of the moulds caused by incomplete ideas. There are some options to complete the New Product Rquirements Specification: You issue the specification to us; Or we issue it to you for confirmation.
3. Preliminary quotation:
We submit the preliminary quotation to you, including R&D cost, mold cost, product unit price, which is based on the above #1 and #2.
4. Product MD optimization, PCBA, Packaging Confirmation:
MD(Mechanical Design) optimization is an important process to realize the mass production and assembly stability of finished product. According to the actual manufacturing process experience and common problems, the final product design may be different from the original ID design (the change is generally small), and some may involve the external surface and product outline. Therefore, your confirmation is required. At the same time, the structural prototype, the first version of PCBA test and packaging samples will also be carried out at this stage. Our internal preliminary test will be closely combined with your confirmation.
5. DFM/FMEA confirmation:
After the MD is fully confirmed, the next step will be formal mold opening. In order to make fewer mold modifications later, we will submit DFM (Design Failure Management)/FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to pre-judge and discuss the ejector marks, parting lines, gate marks, sink marks, knit lines, color difference(due to uneven wall thickness) and other problems caused by molding production on product covers, light pipes and other parts in advance, so as to minimize the times of mold modifications, and launch the product to mass production as soon as possible. At the same time, if there are other parts or assembly problems, we will also communicate with you through DFM (FMEA) documents for confirmation. After DFM (FMEA) is fully confirmed, all molds, inspection fixtures and parts related to this new product will be fully ready to manufacture.
6. Final quotation:
Based on above confirmations, sometimes the final price of R&D cost, mold cost and product unit price will vary from the Preliminary quotation. It should be always submitted to the actual. In not a few cases, the Final quotation is the same as the Preliminary quotation.
7. Purchase order release:
You place R&D/mold order and mass production order based on the final quotation. Normally, 50% down payment is requested to settle.
8. Qualified mass production sample submission:
It is estimated to spend 45-60 days (including internal correction time for major issues) to submit the qualified mass production sample to you.
9. Mass production sample test/confirmation:
We will establish the finished product quality inspection standard by communications with you. At the same time, we will establish the internal quality standard, such like IQC(Incoming Quality Control) standard, IPQC(In-Process Quality Control) standard, and FQC(Final Quality Control) standard,etc., as well as SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) for mass production.
10. Trial production plan:
Trial production is a very important process for new products. Through trial production, the subsequent mass production can be simulated and optimized, and it is possible to find out all potential problems not found in previous sample verification course, and avoid the high badness rate caused by the hasty and immature mass production(without trial production).Normally, quantity for trial production is 300-1000 sets, which is expected to complete within 20-25 days (if there are materials with abnormal delivery time, the delivery time shall be evaluated according to actual status); The qualified products after inspection can also be delivered as mass production units. Under both parties reach an agreement through consultation, trial production can directly arrange as mass production for the whole purchase order.
11. Mass production plan:
It is expected to spend 15-20 days to complete regular quantity of the new product for mass production PO(If there are materials with abnormal delivery time, the delivery time should be evaluated according to the actual status). If you can give us the forecast or purchase plan for half a year or a year or even longer, we will be able to prepare in advance and make it easier to complete the delivery on time or in advance.
12. After sales standard:
