TECHNICAL STUDY
Technicians focus on the research of sound and light, select the sound and light that help people’s health through the testings, refining the spectrum of sounds and the color temperature of lights.
Engineers allocate various parameters of the machine and adjust the process/frequency of the horn to ensure high fidelity sound quality.
ENGINEERING
We implement every step of strict engineering design, program control, test analysis, optimization and improvement. From PCBA design, structural design, functional design to product safety test, professional engineers will analyze and optimize each action to ensure the excellent performance of the product.
PRODUCTION
With SOP document as the core and production engineer tracking on site as the center, we guide and control the on-site production reasonably and effectively, constantly optimize the production procedures and processes, to ensure the efficient production of products, and ensure that each process has the necessary self-inspection standards. We have precise and stable automatic laminating machine and post-welding plug-in assembly line, standard and clean assembly workshop, as well as the aging room of supporting products. There are special filter cleaning shed and dust-free workshop for the assembly process of parts with high appearance requirements.
QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming material inspection IQC report, to ensure the quality of each batch of incoming material before assembly line; Inspection IPQC report to ensure the implementation of online quality inspection and SOP for each batch of assembly production; The final inspection report ensures the full inspection certificate of each batch of products after aging. “Do not flow into bad, do not create bad, do not flow out of bad” is our eternal insistence. For this purpose, we are equipped with appropriate quality engineers, inspection equipment and tools, as well as environmental testing equipment.
